By topping up the amount of your hotpizza.skin account wallet, you accept that the credits received (labeled by the pizza-sign) are not worth real money and not subject to any refunds.

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
In case the user didn't use any services he is able to apply for a refund. Contact the support team for a refund.
